I found my passion in Real Estate, finding the American Dream Homes for my customers, helping them sell their homes, and fulfilling their investment needs.

I work as a Full time Realtor with lots of commitment. I started as a Buyers Agent with ABR (2017), and got the Sellers Representation Specialist (2018) for Listings in the Real Estate Services, serving in Westend, Central, Southside, NOVA and VA Beach Areas.

Values and Traits: integrity, honesty, transparency, negotation skills, open minded. My slogan is Real Estate with common sense and I provide topnotch Customer Support.

Previously, I worked as an SOA Solutions Architect, Principal SME, a Troubleshooter in Support with ORACLE AMERICA, INC for 12 years. Prior to that I worked as an IT Consultant with BEA, NationWide, Chase, VDH, and Quest. This experience helped me recieve 5 star customer support ratings.

If you are purchasing with cash, you will need a proof of funds letter. This is a note on bank letterhead indicating you have the funds available to purchase the home you desire.

Any lender may be able to get the job done. However, a quality lender Banker or Broker is as important as a quality Realtor®. We can recommend lenders that are professional, friendly, and most importantly skilled at matching the best financing product to buyers.
